Our office provides a variety of eyecare services:


  1. Comprehensive eye examinations for both glasses & contact lenses (optional dilation of the eyes at no additional charge)
  2. Diagnosis & treatment of ocular disease, injury, infection, allergies, dry eye, etc. (providing eye drop samples or prescriptions as necessary)
  3. Co-management of Laser Vision Correction with The Laser Eye Center of Lubbock
  4. Co-management of cataract surgery with several local eye physicians
  5. Frame styling/selection to complement your lifestyle, work, hobbies, sports, and other activities
  6. Frame adjustments & minor repairs (at little or no cost)
  7. Education/training of proper contact lens insertion, removal, handling, replacement, and cleaning techniques
  8. Trial contact lenses, sample contact lens solutions, and a new contact lens case the day of your examination, as well as emergency replacement contact lenses
  9. Free direct shipping of contact lenses with qualifying purchases; or shipping of both glasses & contact lenses from our office for a minimal charge
  10. Filling outside prescriptions for both glasses & contact lenses

The examination process at our office incorporates computerized testing to provide you and your family with the latest in eye care technology.  Dr. Densmore uses information from these instruments about the shape, size, health, and prescription of your eyes to customize your glasses, contact lenses, laser vision correction, or other treatment options.  


Densmore Vision provides emergency care for eye infections, eye injuries, eye allergies, or any other unusual eye symptoms (like flashes, floaters, distorted vision, etc).  In these situations, we want you to call and come in right away.  


Our contact lens inventory includes all of the leading brands, as well as many specialty lenses (such as bifocal, multifocal, toric for astigmatism, gas permeable, hybrid, monovision, the new breathable silicone hydrogel soft contact lenses, and a large selection of both prescription and non-prescription color contact lenses).  We also have contact lens options for people who have had problems with comfort in the past, or who have suffered from eye allergies or dryness.  


Our optical has a variety of frames to suit every budget (including name brands such as BCBG Maxazria, Oakley, Ray Ban, Nike, Guess, L.A.M.B. & gx by Gwen Stefani, Valentino, Tura, Vera Wang, Nine West, CoverGirl, Op, Candie's, Ted Baker, and many more).  We also carry the magnetic clip sunglasses, as well as the new rimless styles.  Frame materials range from metal (titanium, memory metal, stainless steel, nickel), to plastic, to combination styles.  The lenses selected for your frame are also very important.  We'll help you determine the lens options that best address all of your visual needs.
